team history
Elmhurst College Rugby was started in the fall of 2010.
The team is in the CARFU (Chicago Area Rugby Football Union) league.
All teams play under USA Rugby, which controls all rugby operations in the United States.
Our mission is to bring the sport of rugby, which is fun and exciting to all those who play and watch, to our campus. Provide another activity that students can be involved in. Provide a larger sense of community among the students.
We hope to keep this club/sport going as long as possible here at Elmhurst College because we know it will benefit the college along with the community in Elmhurst.
The Rugby Club has provided leadership and has brought diversity to this campus.
